How It Works

• 1. Purchase the Premier Pickup Service — $89, Shipping Included
  Purchase the CIG Essentials Walmart+ & Sam’s Club Premier Pickup Service for $89. Shipping for your eligible Walmart or Sam’s Club pickup order is included in the service price.

• 2. Shop Walmart or Sam’s Club Online
  Place your order directly through Walmart or Sam’s Club and select Pickup at the appropriate Fishkill, New York location.

• 3. Add Your Designated Pickup Person
  When placing your Walmart or Sam’s Club order, enter Demetrius Brown as the designated pickup person.
• 4. Forward Your Confirmation Email
  After Walmart or Sam’s Club confirms your pickup order, forward the confirmation email to support@cigessentials.com. Please make sure your name and relevant order information are included so we can properly match the pickup to your CIG Essentials service order.
• 5. We Pick Up Your Order
  A designated CIG Essentials staff member will retrieve your completed order from the selected Fishkill Walmart or Sam’s Club location.
• 6. We Pack & Ship Your Order
  After pickup, eligible merchandise will be prepared and packaged for delivery to your loved one’s correctional facility. Orders will ship within 24–48 hours after pickup.

Important Service Information

• This Is a Separate Service
  Walmart+ & Sam’s Club Premier Pickup is separate from merchandise purchased directly from CIG Essentials. Your Walmart or Sam’s Club pickup order may ship separately from items purchased through CIG Essentials unless you notify us that you would like all eligible items shipped together.
• Adding CIG Essentials Items
  The $89 Premier Pickup Service includes shipping for the eligible Walmart or Sam’s Club pickup order. If you purchase additional merchandise directly from CIG Essentials, the regular shipping charges associated with your CIG Essentials merchandise will apply.

• Combined Package Weight
  Items purchased directly from Walmart or Sam’s Club are not included in the package weight displayed in your CIG Essentials shopping cart.

  It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of the combined package weight of merchandise purchased from Walmart or Sam’s Club plus merchandise purchased from CIG Essentials to ensure the completed package remains within the recipient’s applicable facility package-weight limit.

• DOCCS & Facility Requirements
  Customers are responsible for selecting items that comply with applicable NYS DOCCS and individual facility package requirements. Items that do not meet applicable requirements cannot be included in the final package.
• Out-of-Stock Items
  CIG Essentials is not responsible for items that are unavailable or out of stock at Walmart or Sam’s Club at the time of pickup.
• Refunds for Walmart & Sam’s Club Purchases
  Purchases are made directly through your Walmart or Sam’s Club account. Any refunds for out-of-stock, canceled, substituted, missing, or unavailable items must therefore be handled directly through Walmart or Sam’s Club, subject to the retailer’s policies. CIG Essentials cannot issue refunds for merchandise purchased from Walmart or Sam’s Club.

• Changes & Cancellations
  Any cancellations or changes to your Walmart or Sam’s Club pickup order must be made directly through your Walmart or Sam’s Club account before CIG Essentials picks up the order.

  Once a CIG Essentials designated staff member has picked up your order, we cannot make changes to the Walmart or Sam’s Club transaction.

• Monitor Your Order
  Customers are responsible for monitoring their Walmart or Sam’s Club account for substitutions, cancellations, out-of-stock notifications, pickup delays, refunds, and other retailer updates before pickup.
