Shipping

Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of every week.

Orders placed on Sunday through Tuesday before 12 pm will ship the same week for delivery. Orders placed after 3 pm on Tuesday will ship the following business week for delivery that same week. 

All of the New York State Correctional Facilities we ship to take 1 - 2 Business Days to arrive ONCE SHIPPED. (Not when the order is placed)

Our shipping days ensure that your package will arrive at the facility on a normal business day, and it will not be waiting in the package room over the weekend. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHEN THE PACKAGE ROOM WILL RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE. 

 If your order is awaiting I or 2 items to be completed (not missing any items), we may hold your package until the next shipping day to complete your order. If your package does not contain all items on your purchase sheet on the last shipping day, we will ship your order containing all available items and issue a refund for any out-of-stock items.

 

Most of the items we ship are perishable, such as meats, cheeses, and vegetables, which are temperature-sensitive and deserve special care when shipping. Our shipping days ensure that your package will arrive at the facility on a business day (Monday - Friday) so it can hopefully be distributed to your loved one, and not sit in the package room or post office over the weekend.

 Once the outside temperature exceeds 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the potential for bacteria begins to increase. All of our perishable items are shipped in thermally insulated, chilled boxes, with ice cells included when needed.
